Course Cancellation by Shikhaw:

In the event of cancellation of a live course before its scheduled date, all participants will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount within 7-10 working days from the cancellation date.

Learner-Initiated Cancellation:

Learners seeking to cancel their booking after payment must notify the Shikhaw team at least 1 day before the course’s scheduled start date. Adjustments and Schedule Issues:

If a learner encounters schedule, date, time, or related issues during the course, they must inform the key account managers or relevant support personnel at Shikhaw within 2 days of the course commencement. Shikhaw’s team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the learner in other batches or suitable alternatives. If unable to provide an alternative, 80% of the paid fees will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the notification date.

Timeframe for Refund Eligibility:

No refund will be applicable if more than 2 days have elapsed from the course’s scheduled starting date.
